Bonsoir Bonjour!

Well, what a great holiday. Sailing from Ipswich to France and I wasn't sick once...imagine cruising over the sea in a Bennetau 38 called Habebe.....the gentle rocking ofthe sea (whick to be fair did make a few people sick but not me - yay!), watching porpoises skim the surf (I was asleep for that bit - rats!) and then being in the midle of shipping lanes, a French fisherman running us off course for a lobster pot, bombs by the French Navy and a boat shareres very bad hygiene. Ok it's not all food but it was very nice to be able to scoff without conscienceandwe did have some awesome 'campingtype' meals...made by moiof course! Thai Curry, Carbonnara, Sausage and bean casserole and then wadges of excelent French bread. We travelled to St. Valerie and swanm in the sea, sampled excellent French beer, sailed to Fecamp (better with the lights on) and trusty Dieppe...excellent bread and cafeculture - long trkto the Marina showers and loos though!

Fantastic time and I am suitably tanned enough to start the new job.....

This is my friend blog spot...he's just chuffed as he can work out the picture techie bits and I can't....yet! Excellent blog though and always makes melaugh; I give you.......http://leighsfood.blogspot.com
